Appointments can be made on the day and 24 hours in advance. Emergencies are seen on the same day.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be asked to re-book your appointment for another time.
If you do not need an appointment but need some advice, the doctor is able to talk to you by phone through our triage service.
You have a right to express a preference of practitioner and we will do our best to give you an appointment with the doctor of your choice, but please remember that they and only have limited appointment times. Should your preferred doctor not have a free appointment you will be offered an appointment with one of the other GPs in the practice.
You will never be refused to see a doctor if one is available. If you no longer need your appointment please let us know.
Please remember that appointments are for one person only. If you feel your consultation may be lengthy, ask the receptionist for a double appointment when you book
The Practice Nurse
The practice nurse is available Monday to Friday and Tuesday evenings. The practice is supported by a team of district nurses, health visitors, midwives and mental health staff.
